Executive Director
Provides overall strategic leadership, holds ultimate accountability for corporate governance, and represents Cox & Sons Ltd in negotiations with government institutions, donor agencies and regional trade partners.
Manager, Operations
Directs day-to-day operations across the trade, construction and agriculture divisions, overseeing project execution, procurement, supplier performance, site supervision and quality assurance.
Financial Manager
Manages financial planning, budgeting, contract accounting and statutory reporting, maintaining the audit-ready records and transparent cost controls expected by institutional and donor-funded clients.
Beyond the leadership team, Cox & Sons Ltd engages site supervisors, equipment operators, agronomists, logistics staff and locally recruited labour on a project-by-project basis, supported by a standing pool of vetted subcontractors and technical consultants.
